Dean did an amazing job! Had my ps4 well over 10 years never serviced, almost impossible to hear the game without headphones over the roaring of the console. Now absolute SILENCE! So impressed and would highly recommend and good prices!

Had a TMR upgrade done on my Elite Series 2. There were some issues at first, but Dean took the time to troubleshoot and fix it properly. End result is a smooth, drift-free controller that works great in-game. Solid service and good communication — would recommend.

What a find! Repaired my PS5 DualShock which was suffering from stick drift. Very happy, would defo go back for console or PC repairs.

I had 2 playstation controllers converted to TMR. From first contact details upto collecting them it was a very nice experience.
Answers to my questions in a timely matter, accurate quote, very knowledgeable and courteous.
And very reasonably priced.
I will definately use DEANS again as I had a 5 * experience.
I posted the controllers on wednesday afternoon and they were ready for collection on Friday afternoon. They even fixed an extra issue free of charge which I was over the moon with.

Was closed over Xmas period due to workload however returned my call with 5 mins and gave me a very fair price on a niche job .

Fantastic service. Dean is very knowledgeable and honest, took him our Switch that wasn’t docking. Had a look and managed to fix it by cleaning contacts. Wouldn’t take anything for his time. Would highly recommend him, and will be coming to him in the future. Thank you!

I rang in the morning and asked if he could help me with a problem with my xbox and he could. Within the next hour i dropped it off and felt confident dean could fix it. Again within an hour i got a phone call saying i could pick up my xbox. Really efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced service highly recommend deans !!

Dean sorted an overheating problem Ive been having with my ps5. He did this within 3 hours and at a better price than many bigger companies. I would massively reccomend him for his promptness, good pricing and the fact he was a really nice guy!

Absolutely brilliant service from Dean’s PC & Game Console Repair. Called ahead and Dean was polite, helpful and took time to give honest advice. We dropped the PlayStation off an hour later and asked if we could wait due to school runs and work commitments. Dean was an absolute legend - warm, welcoming, and had it fixed in record time.
